How long does it take to receive my ticket after payment?
Most bookings are confirmed within 15–30 minutes. During peak periods this can extend to 2 hours. You will always receive an email as soon as your ticket is issued.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never store your card details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are subject to the fare rules of your specific ticket. Contact our concierge at bookings@hadeytravelsglobal.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
