Pricing and refunds

The price shown for a flight is the total payable and includes the fare, all taxes, fees and carrier charges, and the cost of arranging and servicing your booking. There are no charges added after the price you see.

Refunds are governed by the airline's fare rules for your ticket together with our Refund Policy. Please note that the portion of your payment covering booking and servicing costs is not refundable, including where the airline's rules permit a refund of the ticket. The amount is shown to you before you pay.
