Welcome to Book with Hadey. These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you and us when you use our website and our services. Please read them carefully. By searching, booking, paying, or otherwise using Book with Hadey, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Book with Hadey is the travel booking brand of Hadey Travels Global, operated by Hadey Global Services Limited, a company based in Nigeria with its office at Elebu Main Road, along Health Centre, Oluyole, Ibadan, Oyo State. In these terms, the words we, us and our mean Hadey Global Services Limited trading as Book with Hadey. The words you and your mean the person using our service or making a booking. You can reach us any time at bookings@hadeytravelsglobal.com or on WhatsApp at +234 903 597 9713.
2. What we do, and what we do not do
We help you find and book travel. This includes flights, hotels and other stays, car rentals, short let apartments, experiences, and related travel services such as visa assistance, proof of funds, passport support, student admission guidance, work visa and job placement support, and travel insurance.
For flights, hotels, cars and similar bookings, we act as an agent that arranges your booking with the airline, property, supplier or provider who will actually deliver the service. We are not the airline, the hotel, or the car company. The travel you buy is provided by that third party under its own conditions of carriage, fare rules, house rules or rental terms, and those conditions apply to you alongside these terms. We take great care in arranging your booking, but we do not control and cannot guarantee the performance of a third party provider, for example an airline schedule, a delay, an overbooking, or a decision made at the airport.
3. Who may use Book with Hadey
You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter a binding agreement to make a booking. When you book for other travellers, you confirm that you have their permission and that you are responsible for the booking and for giving us correct information for everyone travelling. You agree to give accurate, complete and current details, and to keep your account details secure.
4. Bookings and confirmation
When you choose an option and pay, a booking reference is created and we begin confirming your booking with the provider. A booking is only fully confirmed once we issue your confirmation and, for flights, once a ticket is issued. Until that point, availability and price can change, because they are set by the provider and not by us. In the rare case that a fare or rate changes between your search and your payment, we will show you the new price and let you decide before we charge the difference. If an option becomes unavailable after you pay, we will offer you the closest alternative or a refund of the amount paid to the provider.
You are responsible for checking that all names, dates, routes and details are correct before you pay, and again on your confirmation. Names on a flight booking must match the traveller's passport or approved identity document exactly. Airlines may refuse travel or charge to correct a name, and we cannot be responsible for a mistake in the details you gave us.
5. Prices, service fees and currency
The price shown is the total payable. It includes the fare or rate, all applicable taxes, fees and charges, and our service fee for arranging, confirming and supporting your booking. Our service fee is shown clearly as part of your total. There are no charges added after the price you see. You may view prices in more than one currency, and the amount you pay is the amount shown in the currency you choose at checkout, converted at the rate applied at that time.
Please note that the part of your payment that covers our booking and servicing work is not refundable, including in cases where the provider's own rules would allow a refund of the fare or rate. This amount is always shown to you before you pay. Our pricing is explained further on our Pricing and Service Fees page.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Flutterwave. You can pay by card or by local bank transfer where available. We do not store your full card details on our systems. We may carry out reasonable checks to prevent fraud, and we may decline or cancel a booking where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these terms. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after a booking is confirmed, we may cancel the booking and recover any costs we have already paid to a provider.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, and whether any refund is due, is decided first by the rules of the airline, property or supplier that provides your travel. Some fares and rates are entirely not refundable. Where a refund is due under those rules, it may be reduced by the provider's own cancellation charges, and our service fee remains not refundable as described above. We will always tell you the real position and process any refund that is due fairly and promptly. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your responsibilities as a traveller
You are responsible for making sure you can actually travel. This includes holding a valid passport and any visas, permits or transit documents required for every country on your journey, meeting passport validity rules, and satisfying any health or entry requirements that apply. You are responsible for arriving in good time for check in, boarding and pick up. Requirements set by governments and carriers are outside our control, and we are not responsible if you are refused travel or entry because a document or requirement was not met.
9. Our travel services
For services such as visa assistance, proof of funds, passport support, student admission, work visa and job placement, and travel insurance, we provide guidance and support based on what you need. These services help you prepare and apply correctly. They do not, and cannot, guarantee an outcome that is decided by someone else. A visa, an admission, a job offer or an entry decision is made by a government, an institution or an employer, not by us. We do not support or take part in any false, forged or misleading document or application, and we may decline any request that we believe is unlawful or dishonest.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use Book with Hadey only for lawful purposes and only to make genuine bookings. You must not use the service to commit fraud, to launder money, to book on behalf of a person whose details you are not entitled to use, to interfere with or attack our systems, or to copy, scrape or misuse our content. We may suspend or close access where these terms are broken.
11. Loyalty and HDY Points
Our Hadey Booking Card and HDY Points programme is a loyalty reward. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn as money, and can only be earned from bookings and used towards services on Hadey Travels Global. Points are held per service and used only where they were earned. We may update the rules of the programme from time to time, and we will apply any change fairly.
12. Our responsibility to you, and its limits
We take real care in arranging your booking and in the service we provide directly. Where we are at fault in that service, we will put it right. However, because much of your travel is delivered by third party providers, there are limits to what we can be responsible for. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the acts, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, loss, injury or other failures of an airline, hotel, supplier or government, nor for events outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by information you gave us that was incorrect or incomplete. Where we are found liable for our own service, our total liability is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid us for the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include weather, natural events, strikes, civil unrest, government action, border or airport closures, outages of payment or provider systems, and similar events. Where such an event affects your booking, we will do what we reasonably can to help, within the rules that apply.
14. Your privacy
We handle your personal information with care and only for the purposes of providing and supporting your travel. How we collect, use, share and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Our content
The Book with Hadey name, logo, text, design and other content on this website belong to us or to our partners and are protected by law. You may use the website to make genuine bookings, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.
16. Complaints and how to reach us
If something is not right, please tell us early so we can help. Contact our team at bookings@hadeytravelsglobal.com or on WhatsApp at +234 903 597 9713, with your booking reference to hand. We take every concern seriously and aim to resolve it fairly and quickly.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria, without affecting any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time so they stay accurate and fair. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Your continued use of Book with Hadey after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Thank you for reading, and for choosing Book with Hadey. Simplicity in Travels, Transparency in Services.
